Garden News

Garden classes this week involved spreading mulch, sowing broad beans and lettuce, and harvesting spinach/chard, celery, dill, kale, and onion to make spanakopita. Students also dug up sweet potato and weeded the orchard to give the chickens some tasty greens. One class harvested kale to cook kale chips!
