From Grade 2 - Maths

Maths- learning to recognise & name some 3 D shapes by making a spaceship. Grade 2 students worked well together as a team to create their spaceship from things found around school.

Excited students and families were happy to receive and post their teddy and remote learning pack photos to facebook following a busy delivery afternoon by WCC staff.

Remote Learning - Guided reading with Grade 1

I love what my small group students learned from the story The Lion and the Mouse. They said "we should help our friends and trust them, even if they're big or small... and be gentle to our brothers or sisters because we don't want them to get hurt or sad". 

Before the end of our session a student asked if we can pray, he led the prayer and thanked God for the books and teachers that helps them learn.

I'm so happy that they appreciate it and had fun too. They even wanted to read one more book with me!
