Premiers' Reading Challenge

Wantirna College committed to the Premier’s Reading Challenge and the Principal Team pledged to ‘plank’ LIVE & ONLINE for every book read!

TOTAL BOOKS READ BY 27 MAY 2020 IS 100, can the Principal Team plank for 100 books?

CONGRATULATIONS TO ELIJANA HENRY 8S the first Wantirna College student to complete the CHALLENGE!  Elijana has also earned 230 points for BYRNE HOUSE.  There is a Chupa chup waiting for you in the Library.

Can you meet the Challenge?  Students from year 7-9 are required to read 15 books (10 from the Challenge list); Students in year 10 are required to read 15 books (5 from the Challenge list).  Students can include books already read in 2020, the Challenge closes on 28 August, 2020.  Earn HOUSE points – 10 points for each book read, 50 HOUSE points on completion of the Challenge.  Further details available in the Library or on the Library Home Page.

Clickview have added another medium to the Premiers’ Reading Challenge, entries must be submitted by 21 August 2020 via video for the following topics – Create a Book Trailor; Book Review – Best or Worst: Think Outside the Box.  Further details are available at http://www.clickview.com.au/prcc.
