Staff News

It is my pleasure to announce that Kendall Schenk, Oliver Carroll and Trent Allwood will have full-time contracts with the Primary School next year. Kendall, who has been here for a while will take on the responsibility for Receptions again next year and is, as I write, helping with the transition of our new Receptions for 2020. Trent and Oliver will be assigned year levels shortly. There will be some staff returning from maternity leave also and I will indicate their roles in the next newsletter. 2020 promises to be a vibrant and exciting year for our children and the community.

Later this term we will celebrate the solemnity of St Albert the Great, our Patron Saint. This will be done in two ways. Firstly, and most importantly, Mass will be offered on Thursday 14 November at 7.00 pm in the Neill Gymnasium. It expected that all boys from Reception to Year 11 attend (ELC most welcome too). Secondly, in honour of St Albert a holiday is granted on the Friday 15 November. Please support and celebrate with us.

Term 4 is an extremely busy (and short) term with many events as per the list below. Enjoy the ride!

21-23 November – Year 6 Father/Son Camp Wellington (on Murray)

29 November – Orientation Morning (9 am – 11 am) for new and current boys

4 December – Carols and Awards Night (including Year 6 Graduation)

5 December – End of Term and Year for Students 3.05 pm dismissal
