Child care subsidy not applied to your account?

Families are urged to check their Biz – E – Kidz statements to check that Childcare subsidy has been properly applied. 

When looking at your statements, please note:

-          The date on the left hand side indicates WEEK ENDING that any account activity happened. This will then show any charges incurred, payments made by the family or as a result of child care subsidy

-          Child care subsidy will show up as a payment, not a discount. It will read (for example): CCS Payment: CHILD @ ZOSH for W/E 02/09 CLR:000123456789 04/09/18. The W/E refers to week ending, the final date was the date the payment was received. 

-          The statement shows a ‘running balance’ on the right hand side. We are required to always show 4 weeks of account activity regardless of balance bought forward or balance owing. 

-          Please remember, back dating past 14 days is at Centrelink’s discretion, so it is important to get onto any issues ASAP.

If childcare subsidy payments do not appear, log onto your Centrelink account through ‘MyGov’ and confirm the enrolment details. If you are unable to do this, email us on the addresses below.
