Year 12

YEAR 12 INTERVIEWS

All Year 12s will have a Careers Interview in Term 1. Please book in on the Career Interview Sheets outside the Careers Office.

 

Year 10

WORK EXPERIENCE

Work Experience will be held from Monday 25 June to Friday 29 June, 2018 (Last week of Term 2). Popular work experience placements within many industries like the Health, Animal, Law and Architecture fields are very competitive and students must be researching and securing their placements now. Any students who did not receive Work Experience forms please come to the Careers Office. Outside the Careers Office is a Careers Board and it has an area dedicated to Work Experience. Students should come and check out the Work Experience board which indicates when some companies applications open and close.

All Blue Work Experience Forms are due by Friday, 16 March, 2018.

The Big Meet

Melbourne: Friday 9 March, 11am – 3pm

This careers fair will have exhibitors from a variety of different employers, so go along and check out where you could end up.

VETiS, APPRENTICESHIPS AND TRAINEESHIPS 

Most VETiS courses have commenced this week. There were many eager students who dropped into the Careers Office to confirm times and where to go for their first session.

Students should bring casual clothes to change into before they head off to their VETiS course.

Please remember that students have until  February 21 2018 to withdraw if they are not happy with their course and the school is not charged. All fees must be paid by Monday 19th February, 2018.
