Are you ok?

By Juliette Krens ( Systems & Compliance Manager / PA to the Principal )

We know that current circumstances have been hard for many. It's during these times that people need to know where they can find help. Depending on your state of mind, the dilemma then becomes 'Where do I go to find this help?'.

Where do you go when you are feeling like you're at the end of your rope or you're in a situation that is unsafe? How do you find information if you have no idea what to search for in order to find what you need? The School wants to ensure that we make access to organisations who can help, readily available, via a community that you are a part of every day.

For this reason, we have set up a Health & Wellbeing page to provide you with links to organisations who can assist in the areas of mental health or family violence.  Rather than having to trawl through the internet, you can access this page to direct you to organisations that specialise in these areas.

Whether you are a young person or an adult who is seeking help, we hope that this provides you with a resource that you can use or that you can direct someone else to.  We will also make a link to this page available via the Parent Resource section of the School's website.

As part of this page, we will also make one article available as a resource. At the moment the article is 'Riding the Corona Coaster'. If you need help, we urge you to seek help. No one should suffer in silence.
