Assistant Principal - Curriculum 

I remind Year 12 students of the extension opportunities being made available through the holidays, and I strongly encourage all to take up the challenge and make the most of what is on offer. Year 12 teachers have shared dates for tutorials and workshops. This additional, small group time can be very effective in the lead up to the Trial HSC examinations, allowing clarification and specific feedback.   

Next term we will begin a conversation with Year 10 students about their options for 2020. Later in this newsletter Mrs Maxworthy will detail the targeted information sessions for students and/or parents. I encourage everyone to come along and be part of our future planning. In order to build a strong foundation for post-school options it is important to hear and discern information from a range of sources. While social media, a work colleague, an older sibling may have some valuable insight, I encourage everyone to participate in the conversation and to look at the available options carefully.
