Europe 2020

Two days in Florence is always a highlight for our McCarthy tours. This beautiful Italian city was the centre of the Renaissance period, which has left its legacy in art and architecture seen in the world famous statue of David, the Duomo (cathedral) and the Ponte Vecchio bridge over the Arno River. Florence is also known for its leather goods, Tuscan food including plenty of gelato, pizza and pasta.
