Student Transfers

Throughout the year, families relocate and as a result often change schools.  If you are planning to transfer student/s to either another Government or Private school, please contact the school office so that we can assist with the transfer process.  

For students currently in Level 6, the school manages the transition process to Government Secondary schools for you.

Payment Refunds

Students attend many excursions, incursions and camps throughout the year and we are often asked about refunds. 

It is common for camp, excursion and incursion providers to charge schools a non-refundable deposits and part payments for organising events. 

Students withdrawing from camps/excursions/incursions are not automatically entitled to a refund.    As the school budget cannot meet any shortfalls in funding due to the subsequent non-participation of a student who has previously consented to attend an activity, fess already paid may be refunded in full or in part or not at all.  Each case is considered individually.

Extended Family Holidays

Just a reminder that if you are intending on taking an Extended Family Holiday we require you to place this in writing and pass this onto the office and your class teacher.

We would also request that you put it in as an Attendance Note in Compass.
