The BIG READ Monday 6th

Thank you to parents who came in for the Big Read. It was lovely to see you and the classes really appreciated you being there with them. 

Rock Solid Education- Start to school 

Our ‘Rock Solid Education’ start to the first two weeks of school, embeds our processes, and supports our students to get back into the swing of school routines. 

Above you can see the working notes from the 5/6 room community circle from Wednesday this week. A lovely start for this room!

Meet Our Foundation Stars!

Buddies!

F/1 and 5/6 have already formed strong bonds with their buddies. Many of the students and teachers have expressed that our buddy sessions are one of their favourite sessions of the day. Throughout Term 1, Year 5/6 students will be visiting the F/1 class to support them with their reading sessions. These students are encouraged to bring along their favourite picture story books to share in this session. We will also hold a buddy session every second Friday afternoon, alternating with assembly weeks. We look forward to seeing these wonderful relationships blossom between our junior and senior students.
