Assistant Principal - Curriculum 

Thank you to all students 7-10 who recently participated in Best Start (7) and PAT Testing (7-10).  The diagnostic data gained from these tests will be used to help teachers determine the next learning steps, both for individuals and across year groups in the College. 

Year 11 students received their Assessment Procedures and Schedule Handbooks in a meeting this week. Stage 6 assessment is governed by NESA requirements and so it is important that all students understand what is required of them in regard to assessment - completion of tasks, the importance of meeting due dates and the procedures for extension, illness and misadventure. These very prescriptive requirements ensure equity and fairness for all students.

Interim Reports will be published via Compass before the end of term. Across the College, the focus continues to be on good learning in calm classrooms. The Interim report will give a snapshot of how each student is contributing to this work.
