School Masses

It was wonderful to be able gather together last year for whole school celebrations and Masses. This year, we are very fortunate to be able to celebrate a whole school Mass each term, as well as some smaller Masses in Terms 3 and 4. All Masses will be celebrated in the Sports Centre. 

Here are the dates and times of our Masses for 2023:

Term 1, Week 6: Whole School Mass, Friday 3rd March at 2pm

Term 2, Week 6: Whole School Mass, Friday 2nd June at 2pm

Term 3, Week 6: LC1 and LC2 Mass, Friday 18th August at 2pm

Term 3, Week 8: Feast Day Whole School Mass, Friday 1st September at 10am

Term 4, Week 4: LC3 & LC4 Mass, Friday 27th October at 2pm

Term 4, Week 7: Whole School Mass, Friday 17th November at 2pm

Sacramental Program 2023

At the end of last year, students were given an intention letter for our 2023 Sacramental program. If you were not yet able to complete and return the Sacrament Intention note to school,  you can access the note below, print it out then fill it in and return it at as soon as possible. Reminder notes will also be sent home with students this week, so please keep an eye out in their bags for these.  

To participate in the Sacramental program children must be a baptised Catholic or have been welcomed into the Catholic Church. Children may receive more than one sacrament in the school year but only if the sacrament is celebrated in a year level lower than their current year:

Year 3 - Reconciliation; 

Year 4 - Reconciliation and Eucharist, 

Year 5 - Reconciliation and Eucharist, and 

Year 6 - Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation.

The OLSC Sacramental Program includes family sacramental evenings and practices. Attendance at each relevant time is compulsory, as the program is designed to deepen the faith of all within the family. This is to allow the celebration to occur with reverence and understanding.

Students who have already indicated they intend on celebrating a sacrament this year are as follows (if your child's name is not on the list and you would like it to be, please complete the form above or contact me asap):
