2023 Centenary Fair and Open Day

2023 Centenary Fair and Open Day - 25 March, 11am to 3pm

The 2023 Centenary Fair and Open Day is fast approaching on Sat 25 March.

We are asking all members of the Kilvington community to consider volunteering in some capacity so it's the best event in 100 years! You know what they say – many hands make light work!

Volunteers needed for Fair stalls

We are still on the lookout for volunteers to help out at Kilvington’s Centenary Fair on Saturday 25 March.

We need at least 200 volunteers to help make the day a special occasion, so please take a look at the sign up here and see where you can contribute. Stall coordinators will be on hand to let you know what to do and no experience is necessary. All help is greatly appreciated.

Any questions, please don’t he shy in reaching out at npower1616@gmail.com or 0408 44 66 42.

Please place your chocolates into the tubs marked 'Chocolate Donations' at Junior School, Senior School and Main Reception.

Many thanks in advance, and please contact Julie via julie_colee@yahoo.com or Jan via b.seesod1@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Donations – Wine

White wine, red wine and sparkling wine will be gratefully accepted at Main, Junior School or Senior School Reception for the Wine Bingo stall.

Please note: Students may NOT deliver wine to School. This must be done by a parent or carer. Thank you for your understanding.

Many thanks in advance and please contact Christiane via christiane@langenberg.com.au if you have any questions.

Calling all bakers

The callout for home-baked goodies for our fabulous cake stall is fast approaching. We will be asking you to dive into the flour and sugar and whip up something yummy for the stall.

Baked goods will need to be dropped off on Friday 24 March at Main, Junior School or Senior School Reception.

To assist you in making your baked goods look amazing, there will be little kits available to collect from Main, Junior School and Senior School Reception. These kits will include instructions on what you can bake as well as cellophane bags, labels and ribbon. For those who are unsure of what to bake, there will also be a couple of recipe cards to choose from.

The kits will be available from Wednesday 15 March. Happy baking!

If you have any questions, please contact Natasha Lowe via natasha.lowe@bigpond.com or Fiona Godfrey via f.godfrey1@bigpond.com.

There is still some availability to book a school tour on the day. If you have  friends or family interested in having a look around the School, they can book here.
