Director's Report, Term 4 2022

Hi Livingston Families,

With the end of the year approaching, I would like to thank all our families for their ongoing support throughout 2022 .

As a community-managed kindergarten, we rely on the involvement and participation of parents and families to ensure the successful operation of our fantastic kindergarten.  

Whether through stay and play, laundry duty, or supporting our fundraising activities and working bees, we appreciate all that the Livingston families have contributed this year. 

Thank you to the 2022 Committee for volunteering their time to run our kindergarten. You have done an extraordinary job and your dedication is greatly appreciated. Along with our bookkeeper, Kat  Livingston has been in good hands! 

Our annual general meeting - AGM held on Monday 21st November was well attended and the  Livingston committee for 2023 was formally elected.  

Reminder: There is one role still vacant a “Grants officer”.   Please reach out if you are interested to learn more. (This is a dual role, with one position filled)

Throughout 2022 staffing the kinder has sometimes been difficult due to staff illness, long service leaves, parental leave, etc, and we have therefore had lots of new relief staff in at the kinder. I would like to thank our amazing team of teachers and educators for their understanding, patience, and flexibility throughout the year. The staff makes Livingston such a welcoming place and we are fortunate to have such a consistent and dedicated team.
