BOOKCLUB

Issue #1 of Book Club catalogues have been handed out last week!  Keep an eye out for some great value for money books starting at just $2.00. 

Issue #1 ordering online will close by Monday 17 February 2020

Parents can order and make payments online using the LOOP System (Linked Online Ordering & Payment). 

All orders are to be made online.

Scholastic Book Club is very important to our library as it provides us with thousands of dollars in reward money to spend on books for our collection. 

At the 'Order Review' step, LOOP customers will now be advised how much they have saved (Price versus RRP) and how much in rewards their order has earned the school. A hover message appears to explain how your savings are calculated.  It is always nice to know how much you have saved, and lovely to know how much you have helped out the school with rewards points!

Another change is having an option to have gift items shipped to your home for a $4.95 handling charge, even if the school order has not been placed or is still open. So if you are planning for birthdays and Christmas, this could be a great option.

On behalf of our school, we would like to thank students and families for supporting our Scholastic Book Club that the school provides throughout the year.

CANTEEN REMINDER

If you are wanting your child to have a lunch order this year, could you please ensure that you have updated your child's details (new class for 2020) on the Qkr app.

CSEF

The CSEF is an annual payment to the school to be used towards camps, sports and/or excursion expenses for the benefit of eligible students. 

Primary school student rate: $125

Please read the notice below to check on your eligibility. 

CSEF forms are available at the office and should be returned by 30 June 2020.

Please note:

Parents (including guardians) no longer need to submit a new application form each year in most cases.

Parents only need to submit an application form in 2020 if any of these changes have occurred since 2019:

• New student enrolments: students who have started or changed schools in 2020 or if the parent did not apply for CSEF at the school in 2019
• Changed family circumstances: such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing at the school in 2020
