Year 8 Victoria Street Pop-Up Library

The start to this year was quite a rollercoaster. The year eights were thrust with a new challenge to adjust to a new campus. The SRC’s mission was to make the Year 8’s time here as enjoyable as it could be by making a pop up library. With support from Stephanie Ward and the library committee, we were able to create a wonderful space on the fifth floor at the Year 8 Victoria St Site. With the help of the maintenance and library crew we were able to get books, shelves and chairs . The library committee used these resources to make a warm and welcoming environment. Students can read books here during their break and can borrow the 120 books in the catalogue. Students can also enjoy this space to relax and study during their break. So please don’t be afraid to check out this awesome space.
