IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Using Compass for Attendance Notes

We invite parents/carers to come into the Administration Office every Tuesday during Term Two between 3:00pm – 3:30pm to come and learn how to make the most out of their Compass app!

If you cannot make into the school, please see some basic instructions below:

Roadworks and Traffic Congestion

Council will be commencing works to construct off-street car parking on Merrijig Drive (between Hunter Avenue and McLean Street) from Monday 10 May and will take 1-2 weeks to complete. This may cause congestion/delays at drop off and pick up times.

Public bus routes will be diverted around the site as required. School buses will also be diverted around the site as required.

Traffic congestion at the front of the College along White Street continues to be a challenge. We encourage parents and carers to use the preferred pick-up zone at the rear of the College near the Wurdi Baierr Stadium in order to prevent people parking illegally where yellow road markings are present.

Family Accounts

Statements were emailed out to the families in the first week of Term Two who had an outstanding balance on their account. The charges for 2021 electives, essential education items, BYOD and Terms One & Two device (iPad & BYOD) instalments are now overdue. We understand that families can experience financial hardship, if you are experiencing financial hardship we are able to establish a confidential alternative payment arrangement for you. If this applies to you, or you have any further queries relating to your account, please contact the College Finance Team via email accounts@scsc.vic.edu.au.

Please be advised that moving forward, the preferred method of payment is EFTPOS, Bpay or direct deposit to the College's bank account.

  • has the same features as a foot scooter.
  • can be propelled by an electric motor with a maximum power output of 200 watts or less.
