Primary

Welcome back to Term 3 everyone. We trust that you all had an enjoyable three weeks and were able to catch up with some family and friends, and enjoyed some lovely sunshine. Over the break we have had the shade sails replaced outside the Kindergarten room and football goals installed on the primary oval, which our students were very excited to see.

Class newsletters

Yesterday our Term 3 class newsletters were sent to families sharing all the class information for the term ahead from the teachers.  This includes units covered for different subject areas.

Parent Teacher Interviews

Our parent Teacher interviews will go ahead on Wednesday 5 August from 4 - 6 pm and on Thursday 6 August from 4 - 8 pm with classroom teachers only.  Interview bookings will be made available via PC Spider. You will receive an email Tuesday next week to book your Parent Teacher interview time. The interviews will be 15 minute via Microsoft Teams. Your child will bring their iPad home to enable you to receive the Microsoft Teams call from the class teacher.

Shuttle Bus

The K-6 students have been managing the new Echuca shuttle bus well since we have had the bridge border permits enforced. Thanks to our families who have supported this school initiative it has eased some traffic here at school as well.

Staff News

Mrs Jo Webb, our K-6 PDHPE teacher, is finishing with us today to start a new counselling role at Echuca Regional Health - we wish her all the best. We thank Mrs Webb for the wonderful work that she has done engaging and upskilling our K-6 students and the lovely connections she has developed with staff and families. Mr Brett Harris will replace Mrs Webb. Brett is from Bendigo and is an experienced PDHPE and classroom teacher who is excited to begin with us on Monday 27 July.
