Swimming R-6

This year swimming lessons will occur throughout week 7 for Reception to Year 6 (Monday to Friday). As always it is an educational and exciting experience for our students.  We will be heading to the  Adelaide Aquatic Centre, North Adelaide.

Swimming lessons are a compulsory part of the Australian Curriculum with a focus on building confidence, water safety skills and stroke development. It is imperative that students attend and complete swimming lessons in preparation for aquatics in Year 7, and as a life long safety skill.

A medical certificate must be produced and an exemption form completed if your child is unable to attend lessons.

The Adelaide Aquatic Centre has advised that NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.

Further details will be distributed in the near future.

Community Project

Hello All!

Thank you to everyone at LNPS, who supported my goal of assisting those in need. It was awesome to see the donation boxes full within the first few days. The items have been donated to Treasure Boxes Inc- an Adelaide based, non-profit organisation, who donates to children in need (poverty, homelessness and domestic violence).

Treasure Boxes have identified a huge need for families, during these turbulent times. Please consider supporting Treasure Boxes as they seek a range of items for children. They can be found on both Instagram and Facebook (@treasureboxesinc), as well as their website which is linked below.

Once again, your kind support is greatly appreciated!
