 Dear Families, 

Last Friday's Disco was a great way to finish the week for our students! And they certainly had their dancing shoes on!  our thanks to Vanessa Coates- Nava and her wonderful band of parent helpers  who assured a great night of entertainment for our students. So well organised!   May be some photos next week!! 

Rememberance Day Service

With Remembrance Day being last Sunday 11th November our students gathered for a Service outside on the Assembly area last Friday.

The eleventh day of the eleventh month, marked the end of World War 1.  At our service we remembered those who died in that war or wars and conflicts since.  We honour those who have made our land a place where we can enjoy freedom and justice. We pray that we will be  people of peace who strive to show true compassion and understanding to everyone we meet.

2019 Prep Orientation Program

 It was great to see our 2019 Preps on Monday and hope that they felt welcomed!!

Our second Orientation Session for next year's Prep classes will be on  Monday November 19th at 9:15am. It will conclude at about 10:15am.  Come to the office pick up a name tag and and you will be taken to Prep classrooms.  We will meet in the Performing Arts Area in the Brigidine Building. Students will be engaged in school activities facilitated  by our teaching staff whilst parents will have opportunity to meet some new and existing school families over a cup of tea.

School Sports - (New date) - Friday November 16

OUR NEW SPORTS DAY IS THIS FRIDAY 16th NOVEMBER and you will have all received a hard copy notice informing you of the new date and asking you to sign the permission form for your children. PLEASE RETURN THIS BY TOMORROW

Please note that students are to be transported to and from the event.  Students are to arrive at 9:45am for a 10am start. The Sports Day concludes at 3pm. 

The Sports Day  will be at Central Reserve Athletics Track Corner of Waverley/ Springvale Roads.

Please be aware - If it is inclement weather we will let you know via SMS and email on Friday morning at around 7:30am. If Sports Day is postponed school will  still be on for students. 

School of Rock!

Yvette from  Year 5  is now performing in the Stage show  School of Rock the Musical  at Her Majesty's Theatre!! She says she is very much enjoying the role of Summer!  We wish her well! 

School Closure days

The school will be closed on Monday 10th December  to facilitate 2019 planning.
