Indonesian Day!

Indonesian Day Celebrations.
This year St John Vianney’s will celebrate our Indonesian Day on Wednesday 5 September 2018.
On this day we are excited to have creative activities organised and run by our senior students in the Parish Hall. The fun activities will include: creating Indonesian stick figure puppets, singing Indonesian songs, a quiz, mask making and face painting, (please inform the teacher if your child does not require face painting). The children will also be encouraged to dress up in red & white OR red & black celebrating the Indonesian national colours.
In light of the earthquakes that happened recently in Lombok, Indonesia, I am very delighted to announce our Mini Vinnies have decided to allocate $500 from the Fair for Fairness’ donations to help our closest neighbour. The money will be used to provide humanitarian relief and recovery for the people of Lombok. Thank you very much to our Mini Vinnies and our school community for your act of kindness and compassion to those in need. May God bless you.
Terima kasih dan sampai jumpa,
