Year 10 and Year 11 Students
Subjects and programs for next year should now have been entered into web preferences. Hopefully, students will be happy with their choices and experience success in 2022.
Open Days
These are now occurring virtually. Students need to register their attendance online so they can access the webinars, live Q & A’s and other activities. An updated calendar has been distributed with some suggestions about to how to get the most out of a Virtual Open Day (and a copy of the Calendar is in this newsletter).
Year 12 Students
Careers Pathways Post Aitken interviews for Year 12 students have commenced. Initially they are being held via Zoom while we are in lockdown and off campus. If we return to campus, interviews will revert to taking place face-to-face in B21.
We are very lucky again to have Mrs Louise Manifold assisting us with the Year 12 interviews. Louise has worked with us as a part of the Careers team in Term 3 for many years and is a very experienced practitioner. Some students will meet her over the next little while.
The VTAC Information evening held on 9 August was very well attended and we are most appreciative of all who logged in to the Zoom event. A copy of the power point slides will be uploaded to My Aitken.
