Calling all pasta makers!!!!!!!!!!!

It is with great excitement that we announce “Ferragosto Celebrations at CNPS”. This year, we will be celebrating Italian Day on the 15th of August, which is the official start of the summer vacation in Italy. A happy combination of “Ferie” (holidays) and “Agosto” (August), the national holiday presents the opportunity to escape to cooler places – “La spiaggia” (the beach).

At CNPS, we will welcome Gianna Donnini, to showcase pasta making with our students. The day will run with cooking workshops from Session 1 – Session 6. Each student will participate in a 90-minute pasta making session. 

Please let me (or the office) know if you are free to assist on the day or have a pasta machine we could borrow.
