IPADS AT HEPS

IN 2023 THE DEPOSIT HAS INCREASED FROM $50 FOR EACH CHILD TO $75 FOR EACH CHILD IN YEAR 3-6.

 

Should your child lose or damage their iPad throughout the year and the deposit used for replacement/repair costs, a new deposit of $75 will need to be paid. 

 

When your child graduates or leaves the school, the deposit will be reimbursed and have until the start of the following school year to collect this from our Finance Office. A letter to remind you of this will be issued.

 

Parents who have already paid a $50 deposit will only be required to pay the additional $25. We do have a record of this, if you are unsure please contact us to check.

 

The deposit (including those paying the additional $25) needs to be paid by Friday the 17th of February, Week 3. Please return |Form 1| - ICT STANDARD – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AGREEMENT to Tracy Rowley when making deposit payment – payment plans are available. 3 notes were sent home to families of year 3-6 students last week, please see administration if you require a new note.
