Lunch Order Day (Thursday, 9th March)
Dear Families,
Due to the Curriculum Day (pupil free) this Friday, 10th March the Groove have kindly offered to move the lunch orders to Thursday 9th March (tomorrow).
If you have placed a lunch order for this week, your child will receive it tomorrow (Thursday 9th March).
If you have not yet placed an order, and would like to for tomorrow (Thursday 9th March), you are still able to do this.
- Please get your order in before 5pm TODAY.
- NO LATE ORDERS being accepted.
Please note, you will still be required to select Friday 10th March as the date, but orders will be sent out on Thursday 9th March (TOMORROW).
Update Student/Family Details
Dear Families,
Please notify Administration if you need to update/change any details.
Details such as student medical records, parent mobile/work number, family address, parent occupation, emergency contacts and court orders/restrictions.
If you are unsure of the details you supplied when enrolling your child, please contact the office on ocean.grove.ps@education.vic.gov.au.
This is a DET requirement that all information if up to date.

DCS School Uniforms:

The delivery day of uniforms to school is Thursday. Uniforms are delivered to the office and will be sent home with your child.
Uniforms can be posted straight home, but there is a $10 postage fee.

Please do not contact the school office for uniform queries.
We have a rack located in the staffroom, with some sample sizes if you need to try anything on before ordering. The sample rack will be available to look at during school hours (8.30am-4.00pm)

SCHOOL CANTEEN
Lunch Orders are available to order via the FlexiSchools app.
All you need to do is download the FlexiSchools app and register your children.
The lunch orders are supplied by the local Groove Cafe. The normal lunch order list cut off time is Wednesday at 5pm.
Late lunch orders can be ordered- The cut off date is Thursday at 4pm.
