Hello Parent/Carers,

Term One is always a busy term for establishing relationships and setting goals for the year ahead. At Concord School we have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) each Semester. The teachers use student data to set appropriate goals linked to the Victorian Curriculum or Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) in 11/12. Teams have been busy collecting evidence and setting goals whilst continuing with their classroom teaching. 

We have our second Student Support Group (SSG) meeting coming up in week 8, it will be on Tuesday 21st March. This is an opportunity for you to discuss and have input into the goals outlined in the IEP. You will get access to your child’s IEP on Thursday 16th March via Compass. If you would like a hard copy please contact the office at Watsonia or Bundoora. 

Some key details to remember:

SSG Date: Tuesday 21st March 

Time: 3:15pm – 6:30pm

Duration: 15minutes

Mode: Face-to-face or WebEx *if opting for WebEx please inform your classroom teacher. 

Bookings can be made via Compass and will be open next Tuesday 14th March. 

The instructions for how to book an SSG via Compass are below:
