Introducing our Vice-Captains...

Meet Gab…

Hi! My name is Gab Perry and I am one of the 2023 Vice Captains of our college.

I love to play sport of any kind, mainly cricket and football, and am also very passionate about my music – there’s no better way to relax than playing my guitar.

Once I leave the College, I plan to go to university to study in the field of sport science.

This year as a leader I aim to continue to grow towards positive change within our school environment. I am very driven towards addressing social justice issues within our community, to ensure everyone who comes to school feels safe and secure in being able to fully express themselves, as well as safe and secure in their learning and social environments. As a leadership team, we have already worked on many initiatives that represent our personal and school values, and we cannot wait to work further with the MMCRC community to continue to grow.

Meet Jeffrin…

Hey! My name is Jeffrin and I’m one of the Vice Captains for 2023. I’m a hardworking and passionate person who’s keen to try any opportunity that arises. After finishing year 12, I’m hoping to get accepted into the Australian Defence Force, working with and amongst Australia’s most motivated people.

I’ve been at the school since year 7 and have had the opportunity of seeing amazing school captains come and go, and I wanted to be among them. I plan to take full advantage of this role to do as much good in the school community as I can.

Meet Georgia…

Hi, I’m Georgia Hamilton and I am one of your 2023 Vice Captains. I love playing netball, and enjoy the outdoors. When I finish Year 12 I am going to have a gap year to travel around Australia again, before attending university the following year.

I am very keen this year to be working with such an open-minded and hardworking team.

We all have so many ideas that focus on improving the atmosphere and attitude towards school by our peers. Like Grace Berryman said “the student mission team have decided to create a drop box. This way students can give us the feedback we need to help and improve their time here at Mary MacKillop College.

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to have an impact on this school and hope this year is a very productive one.

P.S. We love nothing more than to hear your input, so please inform us of any ideas or suggestions to make our school community better! – 2023 Vice Captains.
