Book Recommendations 📚
There is nothing better than becoming engrossed in your book, but it can be very hard to start a new book when you have finished it or try something different to read. Here are some recommendations from our students and staff at KPPS that might entice your child…
Audrey in Prep loves the book Possum Magic by Mem Fox because the possum is invisible at the start but can be seen at the end.
Miss Brenna loves to read Aaron Blabey books. She loves that Aaron’s books have a funny element but also have a great moral to the story. Other titles by Aaron Blabey she loves to read are Pig and Pug, Pearl Barley and Charlie Parsley and Sunday Chutney.
Xavier recommends the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan for the senior students. If you like reading a blend of Greek mythology and modern these are the books for you!
Damon recommends David Williams novels. He loves that they are funny and that it is easy to follow the storyline.
Ella recommends Ninja Kid junior novels by Anh Doh. She finds them funny and enjoys following their story lines.
