Djerriwarrh Festival Parade

On Saturday, the Staughton College Youth Announcers had the privilege of marching in the Djerriwarrh Festival Parade representing Melton Community Radio station 979FM.

The occasion for our students was exciting and they were proud, as this was the first time most of our students had experienced this representation.

New Announcer - Lucas Bushby

Year 7 student Lucas Bushby has been in full training for the last 6 weeks to become a 979FM Youth Announcer.

On Thursday Lucas graduated as a Youth Announcer and will be on Melton Community Radio Station 979FM airways. Congratulations Lucas.
