Hospitality students prepared a three course meal for family and friends, August 2018
We will be having our final breakfast service in Term 4 on Tuesday 23 October. If you wish to attend, please book by contacting Sue Leach on 9495 8164.
On the menu will be:
Scrambled eggs with either avocado or smoked salmon on sour dough toast - $3
Yoghurt cups - $2
Muffins - $1
Coffee - $3
Tea - $2
Next week is Technology Week and parents are invited to visit the Technology Centre on Tuesday 23 October from 3:30pm to 5:00pm to enjoy Devonshire Tea and see the student displays that were produced and constructed in ICT, Design and Technology, Foods, Hospitality and Textiles.
On Saturday 6 October 2018, four students from the Year 10 and Year 11 Hospitality Class assisted the City of Armadale Pioneer Reunion. The function celebrates long standing residents in the City of Armadale. The Mayor's Personal Assistant was full of praise for the students. Congratulations to Skye McKennay, Tristan Jones, Saccara Rowe and Liliana Audrain on an outstanding job.

The Innovators' Tea Party are running a free STEM careers event for students in Years 7 to 9 on Monday 12 November 2018 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the City of Perth Library.
'Inspire in 5' is a free careers presentation event to demystify what a career in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) looks like while showcasing positive female STEM role models to students. The two hour interactive event will include 12 presentations from women working in a range of STEM fields including astronomy, medicine, chemistry, science communication, game development, medical research, engineering, AR/VR development and environmental conservation.
