Go4Fun
With the cold winter mornings about to go away and the sun rising earlier in the morning, (and before it gets too hot), it’s a good time to have some motivation to get up and exercise in the morning! It’s also an IDEAL time to kick start a regular routine. This is good for EVERYONE- Parents/ carers and Kids!!
Any exercise you can do is beneficial for you. Walking, swimming, running, skipping, dancing, team sports – anything that you enjoy and will keep doing.
Benefits include –
- It can make you feel happier.
- It’s good for your muscles and bones.
- Increases your energy levels.
- Reduces your chances of long term conditions.
- It helps your brain and memory.
- It helps with relaxation and sleep.
Anything you do is going to be a start - 5 minutes and ideally building up to 30 minutes a day. Then start to get the intensity up (that means getting huffy and puffy and getting your heart rate up).

Go4Fun Online runs over 10 weeks and includes:
