Primary Little Desert Athletics, Horsham

Will Ellis, Talia Iese, Aaron Loveday, Laura Michelmore and Elouise Smith- Ralph represented Edenhope College at the Little Desert Athletics in Horsham on September 11. 

Edenhope College students had a great day and came home with the following results;

• Will Ellis 1st in 100 metres
• Tahlia Iese 1st in Shotput
• Will Ellis 3rd in Triple Jump
• Aaron Loveday 3rd in Shotput

Those students placed first go on to compete at the next level of competition in Ballarat next term.

Great Western Athletics, Warrnambool 

On Monday September 17, the following students represented Edenhope College at the Great Western Athletics in Warrnambool; Jesse Iese, Kate Ellis, Aaron Loveday, Jeremy Todd, Jackson Dearden, Erin Ewer, Jazmin Potae and Brock Summerhayes.

The students had a very successful day bringing home six 1st place ribbons for 

• Long Jump and 100 metres - Kate Ellis
• Discus and Shotput - Jesse Iese
• High Jump and Discus - Brock Summerhayes

These students qualify for the State Championships to be held in Melbourne early next term.
