Lucas Kennedy Wins Art Award

Winners were announced last week for 'The Design Files Kids Art Award' which was an online competition open to kids under 16.

Entrants were asked to create an artwork in any medium, based on the theme ‘Australia’, to be judged by three amazing artists: Ken Done, Beci Orpin, and Reko Rennie!

Lucas Kennedy, who is now in yr 7 won the 11 to 13 year old section for his wonderful piece pictured above. What an amazing achievement, Lucas!

Rahila's Art Exhibition

Continuing the art theme, Rahila, a local artist and CPS mother, is currently exhibiting some of her artwork in St Kilda. Please see the flyer below for the details and make sure you go along and check out the work of this talented lady!
