Celebration of Significance

St Norbert Day, on Friday 4 June, was one of the busiest on the College calendar for 2021, beginning with a Liturgy of the Word, celebrating the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Norbertines, followed by a chocolate-cake-filled morning tea for all students and the traditional Staff v Students soccer and volleyball matches. After lunch, students boarded buses for activities such as a visit the WA Museum Boola Bardip, rock climbing, ice-skating, trampolining, ten-pin bowling, Perth Zoo, The Escape Room, Pot Black - and more. Meanwhile, some students opted to stay in smaller groups closer to home, participating in activities on campus, including forming the inaugural SNC Cake Decorating Society.

Members of the Media Team were enthusiastically on hand to capture all the colour and creativity of this celebration of significance - and we thank all photographers for submitting the following pictures:

ICE-SKATING:

VIDEO: Check out the innovative 360 degree video of ice-skating action shot by Year 7 student CJ. It's quite an experience when viewed through our new VR Work Prep headsets, but also great interactive viewing on our new 360 You Tube channel.
