P&F AGM

Wednesday 2nd June 2021 - 6.30pm

St Joseph’s School Hall

The St Joseph’s P and F needs you!!!

2021 is the year we need you. Changes are coming and its your time to shine!

Being a part of the P & F is a rewarding, fun and exciting way to create additional opportunities for our students; provide resources to directly benefit our children’s’ education and bring our school community together with social activities.

  • The P & F is a fantastic way to get to know the amazing families at the school, whilst at the same time raising funds that go directly back to our students.
  • The importance of the P & F cannot be overemphasised.
  • It does not just fundraise; it is the heart of our school.
  • It is the role of the P & F to provide those extra social experiences which make a child’s schooling just that bit more special.

Prior to COVID restrictions the P & F co-ordinated fundraisers such as the Pie Drive and Easter Raffle to raise funds for literacy and numeracy programs and new sporting uniforms; we hosted disco’s, free dress days and we subsidised community days, levies and many more experiences, resources, and activities for the students of SJS. We are looking forward to getting back on track this year for our wonderful students.

Becoming a part of the committee will create a sense of belonging to your child’s school community and it is not just for the Mum’s and Dad’s of our students but for Grandparents, carers and other family members who would like to help.

Many hands make light work, so lets’ share the load and make 2021 our best year yet.

If you can help, please come along to our AGM (we promise there is no pressure to walk away with a position – we need as many general members as possible to support the executive team)

Our monthly meetings are relaxed and informative and are a great way to see all the work that goes on behind the scenes to support our school. If you are unable to make meetings, there are plenty of opportunities to assist by signing up to our Volunteers Register.

In accordance with COVID-19 requirements, please indicate your attendance by Tuesday 1st June 2021 by emailing stjosephspandfgi@gmail.com or contacting Sal Floyd on 0438402480. The AGM will only proceed pending the quorum is met for the meeting.

Please consider joining the P & F and share any ideas you have to help make your child’s time at St Josephs the best it can be!
