BAZ Against Violence

Hi! We are Rosie and Tilly, and on Friday the 6th of December, FWPS held our first Helping Hoops Day. Helping Hoops is one of the organisations supported by Baz Against Violence.  Baz Rogers kindly came over to our school to do a lunchtime basketball clinic as part of the fundraiser. During the clinic, we had some JSC reps who volunteered their time to help out.

Another part of the day was that people could wear sports jerseys over their school uniform and donate a gold coin. In the end, when we calculated all the money, we ended up with a whopping $250, raised for Helping Hoops and Baz Against Violence.
