school council

buildings and grounds committee term 1

Buildings and Grounds has got off to a solid start for 2020 with many current members returning this year while also adding some new faces.  The focus for the first part of the year has been on speaking to and capturing the needs of the school and developing these projects in terms of feasibility, design and preliminary costing.  The masterplan of the school is another area of focus for the team – ensuring the major development project and the smaller self-generated projects will all come together in a great outcome over time for the school community.

We are looking for lots of helpers for the upcoming working bees this year.  They will be held on Sunday mornings between 10am and 12pm on the 17th of May, the 2nd of August and the 15th of October.  Further information about the working bees will be issued as they approach.  We hope to see you there!

We are also on the lookout for anyone who might be thinking of joining Buildings and Grounds Committee to broaden our knowledge and skill set.  If you might be interested please feel free to get in touch…

brunswick north west primary school survey on communications

The Communications Working Party is seeking your feedback on the way Brunswick North West Primary School (BNW) communicates with the school community. We are working with school staff to make sure that communications between the school and parents/carers are clear, consistent and efficient. We will use this information to help the school to streamline and enhance its communications with the school community.

This survey is anonymous, and should take around 5–10 minutes.
