Loddon Mallee Region Senior Boys Soccer

On Monday 23 May our Senior Boys Soccer team made its way to Huntly Recreation Reserve.

The boys played well but they were outplayed against BSSC (Bendigo Senior) and we lost that game 9-0. Unfortunately, we also lost against Mildura 6-0. However, we won the last game against Swan Hill, Mary McKillop 3-2!

The boys showed great sportsmanship and team spirit. Coaches Andrea Romano & Seb Monahan said ‘it was a pleasure to take them’. Well done boys!

Loddon Mallee Region Cross Country

Thirty-one St Joseph’s College students progressed to the LMR Stage of Cross Country - what a fantastic achievement!

We made our way to St Arnaud on 31 May on what was quite likely the coldest day of the year!

To the students' credit, they braved the cold and took to the challenging, wet, windy & hilly track of St Arnaud, and represented our school with such pride!

The following students will now represent our College at State Level on July 14.

13 BOYS – Van Lowry (7th)

14 BOYS – Cody Walker (2nd)

14 BOYS – Darcy Cullen (9th)

15 BOYS – Ky Henson (9th)

15 BOYS – Jye Berryman (10th)

16 BOYS – Sam Chapman (12th)
