In the coming weeks, the school will be inviting students, teachers and parents to provide feedback on their experience of our school using an online survey. The surveys are an important part of our whole school evaluation and planning process.
We would like to invite you to complete the Tell Them From Me (TTFM) Partners in Learning survey. As we value the role of parents and carers within our school community we would greatly appreciate your feedback. The information you provide will be used to maintain our commitment to working together in partnership to further improve student learning and wellbeing at Our Lady of Fatima Caringbah.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Further details regarding how to access the survey link will be shared over the next couple of weeks.
Semester One reports will be published in Week Eight, Friday 17th June via the school based web system COMPASS.
Parents, this is a special time for you to praise the efforts of your child for the school year. The level of effort a child puts into their work is important to acknowledge in addition to the level of performance grade awarded. Praise this where appropriate.
Parent teacher interviews to discuss your child’s Semester One report will be organised via the COMPASS portal. Interviews will take place in Week Nine on the one day- Tuesday 21st June commencing at 12.00pm - 6.30pm.
The interviews are 10 minutes in duration.
The interview booking schedule will be available for parents via COMPASS from Tuesday 14th June, 2022.
All students should now be wearing their full winter uniform. Boys may wear shorts with their long sleeve shirts. Parents please ensure that students have their hats daily and wear the correct school shoes and socks.
Parents, please be reminded that student supervision begins at 8:20am. School gates do not open until that time. Please refrain from dropping your students off before that time.
The school welcomes parents and carers to assist in classrooms and sporting events this term. It is necessary for all volunteers to complete the Child Safe online induction via the following link Working With Children Accreditation in addition to participating in a face to face school based presentation or zoom session.
There will be a face to face Induction session on Monday 30th May commencing at 9.15am in Keller Hall, in addition to an afternoon Zoom session on this day commencing at 5.00pm.
Please access the zoom link below.
