It’s Time for National Simultaneous Storytime!

As the digital clock clicked over to 11.00 am on Wednesday 25 May, Oxley Junior students joined with over 2,100,000 children in over 59,000 locations around the world, to listen to a well-crafted story. 

Such a great feeling of togetherness as we gathered in the Upper Primary Theatre for the National Simultaneous Storytime 2022. The live viewing and the countdown built up the moment. We joined special guests, author Josh Pyke and illustrator, Ronojoy Ghosh, for a reading of Family Tree. It certainly didn’t disappoint.
