Personal Assistant to Head of Senior School

If you have a passion for Christian education and can wholeheartedly engage in the school’s expression of faith and its faith practices, you are encouraged to apply. The College is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant competent with the Microsoft Office products (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), proficient with word processing and data manipulation, and with the ability to provide high-level administration service to the Deputy Principal – Head of Senior School and Senior School leadership. Familiarity with school data management systems (such as Synergetic and SEQTA) is desirable.

Administration Assistant

12 Month Maternity Leave Position

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who enjoys a fast-paced role, with plenty of variety to join our administration team. If you are a well presented, organised professional we invite you to apply.

This is a part time role, 8.00am to 4.00pm, five days per fortnight on rotation during school terms (not term breaks).

Assistant to the Registrar / Receptionist

The College is seeking an Administration Assistant / Receptionist with high level data entry and typing skills, competent with the MS Office suite and familiar with school data management systems (Synergetic, SEQTA and PRISMS) is desirable.

 

As the first point of contact for visitors to the College, you will have a friendly and professional manner together with the ability to build rapport and proactively resolve enquiries while providing a high level of customer service, resulting in an outstanding customer experience. Reporting to the Registrar and Office Manager, this busy, diverse and interesting role will suit someone who also has strong organisational and time management skills, an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and competing requests with high-level attention to detail. This is a full time position, with six weeks annual leave.
