General Information

Three Way Learning Conferences

Parent-teacher-student conferences will be held in Weeks 9 and 10 of this term. If you do not already have an appointment, please contact the office. Each conference is 10 minutes long and includes parent - teacher - student.

P&F Coin Challenge

P&F Pie Drive

The P&F will be holding a pie drive. Order forms have been sent out via Compass. Please complete the order form and return to the office by Wednesday 28 July. Payment is to be made on Qkr!. All monies raised will go to buy new resources for the school. Pies will be delivered to the school on 4 August and will be available for collection after 1pm.

Athletics Carnival

The Athletics Carnival will be held in Week 2, Term 3 on Friday 29 July. Permission notes will go home through Compass. The P&F will also be holding a sausage sizzle. Orders can be placed through Compass and paid for on Qkr.

Pupil Free Day

This term our pupil free day will be on FRIDAY 1 JULY (this is the last day of term). There will be no classes on this day as all staff will be attending professional development.

Regulation School Bags

The St Joseph's school bag is part of our uniform and we ask that students, particularly those in Kinder , Year 1 and Year 2, continue to use their navy regulation school bag. Please keep non-regulation school bags for weekend or mufti day use only.

Canteen

Canteen is available every Thursday and Friday. Orders must be made on Qkr prior to 9am on the day of the required order. 

If you are available to assist in the Canteen either on a Thursday or Friday from 10:30 - 1pm please contact Mrs Lobban through the school office or alobban@arm.catholic.edu.au.

Covid 

Each child has been given a box of RATs today. Please remember to test your child if they are showing symptoms. We ask that if your child is unwell to please keep them at home to help stop the spread of colds and sickness.
