Year 11 Legal Studies

On Friday 18 March, the Year 11 Legal Studies class went on an excursion to the city to explore various legal areas.

Mr Zampogna and Ms Pasqualina joined us at Flagstaff station. We walked from Parliament station to the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and participated in a moot court experience where we disputed a trial against each other.

We also visited the Victoria Parliament, where a speaker described how parliament works and the many roles that people play. Furthermore, we also had a debate in Parliament where we played as the chair, clerk, and members of parliament and debated injecting centres.

We departed from Parliament and left the city at the end an insightful day.
