2022 Election Timeline
Calling for nominations for Greensborough College School Council.
School Councils play a key role in Victorian Government schools, and being a member is rewarding and challenging experience. Acting as a team, Council supports the Principal to provide the best possible educational outcomes for students.
Meetings occur once a month, 8 times over the year and last for approximately 1.5 hours.
Notice of election and Call for Nominations: Monday 21st February 2022
Close of nominations: Monday 28th February 2022
Display list of candidate’s nominator & seconder: Wednesday 2nd March 2022
Prepare ballot papers and distribute on or before: Friday 4th March 2022
Close of ballot: Friday 11th March 2022 at 4pm
Count votes & declare ballot: Tuesday 15th March 2022
Vacancies arising for 2022 comprise:
3 x Parent vacancies for 2 year term
1 x Parent vacancy for 1 year term
3 x DET vacancies for 2 year term
1 x Student vacancy 2 year term
1 x Student vacancy 1 year term (Year 12 student)
