Athletics Day

It was a pleasure to attend the Rochester Secondary College’s Athletic Day on Thursday. Students participated enthusiastically in all of the events and pushed themselves to the limit in their chosen events which resulted in some long standing records being broken.  Students also enthusiastically supported their respective house and many students earned Principal Reward Cards for dressing up, cheering enthusiastically, assisting staff with various tasks, and stepping in to participate where there was a gap.  I look forward to finding out the winner of the Athletic Day and the Spirit Winner next week once results have been finalised.

Parent Teacher Interviews

Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews will be held in the last week of Term 3.  They will take place at the conclusion of the school day on Thursday afternoon from 3:30 – 6:30pm and then again on Friday from 9am – 12:30pm.  Please note that on the Friday, formal classes will not occur for students in Years 7 – 11. Only students who have a double Unit 4 subject on the Friday will be required to attend their VCE class.  All students are encouraged to attend Parent Teacher Interviews with their parents to discuss their progress with their teachers.
