Congratulations to the Year 12 Japanese Second Language cohort on the completion of their VCAA oral exam! Students arrived at the Tudor Inn in Box Hill with a feeling of both trepidation and excitement, as they were required to speak in Japanese for the entire 15 minutes of their oral exam. The first half of the exam focused on their personal world, and the second half was on a topic decided by the student. There was an interesting range of topics, including Japanese cram schools, modern onsen, public transport, and famous Japanese animators.

The smiling faces in the pictures show how they were all feeling at the end. Well done everyone – you should be very proud of yourselves!
