Teaching and Learning in 4S

We have been having a very busy term in 4S.

We’ve worked hard on persuasive writing this term, coming up with compelling reasons for important issues such as whether students should have homework, and trying to convince Mr Moorhouse that we should have a pool at LPS.  We’ve been having a big focus on using our VCOP tools – making use of our pyramids by wearing our ‘VCOP Hats’ whilst we’re doing our writing.  

Problem solving has been a big focus of our Maths learning this term, and we’ve enjoyed exploring a lot of hands on maths games, and our new Maths Wall – What’s The Problem?
