Diocesan Cricket against St Mary's, Gunnedah in Gunnedah - Wednesday 7 November
Secondary Cricket against Holy Trinity, Inverell
On Friday 26 October, St Philomena's participated in the Diocese Cricket competition. All students are to be congratulated on their sportsmanship throughout the day. The game was very close against Holy Trinity, Inverell. A special mention goes to Tyler O'Donnell who gained the highest run score and wickets for the Phillies team.
The team will travel to Gunnedah on Wednesday 7 December to compete in their second game against St Mary's. Well done to everyone and best of luck for next week!
Primary Diocesan Touch Football Trials
On Friday 18 November, Zach Hobday, Hayden Amos, Niklas McGregor and Darby Osborn travelled to Tamworth to participate in the Primary Diocesan Touch Football Trials.
They had a fantastic day playing Touch Football with students from around the Armidale Diocese. Well done, boys!
2023 St Philomena's Swimming Carnival
The St Philomena's 3-10 Swimming Carnival will be held on Wednesday, 8th February 2023 at Warialda Swimming Pool. Students in Years K-2 will not attend and will come to school as normal. There will be no formal lessons for students in Years 3-10.
More information about the 2023 Swimming Carnival will follow later in the term.
