We are running our Christmas tart fundraiser once again this year, in conjunction with Ashburton Bakers Delight. 

Order lemon or mince tarts for only $12 with money from every pack sold going to the school!

Order and pay via the QKR app. 

Orders close Wednesday 12 December with tarts delivered Friday 17 December 2022. 

BOOK CLUB 

Our last issue for the year has arrived and Issue 8 is full of great bargains for Christmas!

All orders need to be made online no later than Tuesday 29 November 2022.

Author Nick Bland has his new book out, The Very Clever Bear, for only $13.00 and Matt Staton’s Funny Kid series has a new edition called Funny Kid Catastrophe for only $14.00.

There are heaps of Christmas books ranging in price and all of the favourites of Minecraft, Dog Man and Wings Of Fire are also available.  There are a few boxed sets too, which would make lovely gifts for Christmas or for you to get organised to give as birthday gifts throughout the year. 

Thank you for your continued support of Scholastic Book Club here at Murrumbeena Primary School.  Our library benefits by receiving a percentage in rewards points to spend back in the library.

I would like to say a very big thank you to the community of  Murrumbeena Primary School.  Your support of this year's Book Fair has been our biggest ever! 

The total sales amount was $6,955.00, which will give our school library $2,086.50 in commission.

REMEMBRANCE DAY

In case you missed it, Amanda put together a wonderful display in the library for last week's 11 November Remembrance Day commemoration.
